By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The platform
Guidedvisions connects learners with mentors and professionals. We provide the platform; we do not employ mentors and do not guarantee any mentor's advice or claims. Verification badges appear only after an administrator reviews a mentor's documents.
Accounts
Give accurate information, keep your password secure, one person per account.
Mentor sessions and payments
Mentors set session prices, paid through Paystack (M-Pesa, card or bank transfer). Guidedvisions keeps a commission and holds mentor earnings until the session has taken place. A booking is confirmed only after Paystack confirms payment.
Premium membership
Premium costs KES 300 for 30 days and unlocks full CVs mentors have chosen to share. Of each payment, KES 150 is kept by Guidedvisions and KES 150 is shared evenly among the mentors whose full CVs you viewed during that paid period. Premium does not auto-renew: when it ends, full CV access stops automatically. Renewing early adds 30 days to your current period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires or in case of billing error.
Use of CVs and personal information
Information on Guidedvisions — especially full CVs — is for mentorship and networking on the platform only. Do not copy, scrape, resell, publish or use it for unsolicited marketing, or try to bypass access controls.
Calls and messages
Calls are only possible between users who have accepted a connection. Do not harass, record without consent, or share someone's contact details. You can block or report anyone.
Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, fraudulent claims of expertise, sharing others' private information and taking payment outside the platform are prohibited. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you upload and grant Guidedvisions a licence to host and display it according to your privacy settings. You can delete content and your account in Settings.
Liability
To the extent Kenyan law permits, Guidedvisions is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of mentorship received.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Changes
Material changes will be shown to you and you will be asked to accept them again.
